Location: Colorado Springs OR Denver with remote work options

Required Skills and Experience

  • Responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, and maintaining programs and projects per customer requirements
  • Accountable for projects schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budget
  • Ability to interact and brief customers on a technical and non-technical level
  • Experience with Cloud provisioning, DevSecOps, management, and agile development methodology
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Facilitate and guide teams and projects across multi-functional platforms to ensure cohesiveness
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work on high performing teams

Desired Experience

  • DoD experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Educational Requirements

  • 10 years of experience with a B.S in Program Management, IT Business, Computer Science, or related field; or 15+ years of experience without a degree

Salary Range

  • $156,000 - $312,000 (hourly range: $75 - $150)
